Lakeside
Villa is situated in the quite community of Crescent Lakes, only 15 minutes
away from the attractions but far enough to allow you to relax after a
long day at the theme parks. The house was built in late 2004 and is furnished
to a very high specification by its English owners who use it for their
annual holidays. The villa has 4 double sized bedrooms so can easily accommodate
8 people and boasts a large heated pool and separately heated spa/Jacuzzi.
Unlike
many owners we do not rent the house out for as many weeks as possible
every year as we wish to maintain the quality and integrity of the house.
This may sound strange but it is true as we feel it is essential that
the house is of the highest standard at all times and too regular rentals
can only detract from the value of the house. How do we manage this? Well
we simply have to be selective about the volume of bookings that we accept,
so we do need to apologise in one sense for this but if you are able to
book with us you can be sure that you will have a clean, tidy, well appointed
and pristine house to use on your vacation.
